Tempered glass is made by powerful treament, and have great mechanical property and heat resistant and quake-proof. Tenpered glass, the strong and safety glass, is widely used in construction. All fully tempered glass for a project can be heat-soaked in our oven. The concept of heat-soaking is defined as the transfer of potential on-site breakage of tempered glass to breakage in the factory under a controlled process of accelerating the inversion of nickel sulphide stones to their low temperature phase. While heat-soaking does not guarantee that breakage will be completely eliminated in the installed tempered glass; It is an invaluable test for identifying batches that have a high incidence of nickel sulphide inclusions.
